1st Response Homes Services was established in early 2020 focusing on general home repairs and punch list repairs for local relators. It was comprised of one individual who dedicated his life to public service and worked within the business on his off days. Bryan (owner) has on average 15 years’ experience as a Firefighter/EMT and Police Officer and 10 years of experience in the construction industry. He enjoys giving back to the community in other ways then what his full-time career required. As the market grew the demand for carpenters increased and 1stRHS became Bryans full-time job and 1st Response Home Services became more versatile. In 2021 1st Response Home Services became a licensed plumbing company providing emergency repairs and service work to local residences. Over the course of 3 years 1st Response Home Services has partnered with numerous well known General Contractors, Licensed Electricians, Licensed  HVAC Technicians and Licensed Plumbers. We feel building strong relations with local companies is the key to success. Utilizing the best in the industry provides a level of consistency and accountability every homeowner wants. 1st RHS strives to provide quality work at a reasonable price for your average homeowner and seasoned investor.

Currently 1st Response Home services has worked with numerous out of state investors along with local investors. We pride ourselves on effective communication and transparency as some of the customers we work for are not local and unable to see daily progress of what’s going on to their investment. 1st Response Home Services is the preferred vendor for numerous local realtors providing punch list repairs for properties under contract. Word of mouth has been our biggest success and our only form of advertisement.
